Certified in STOTT PILATES Post-Rehabilitation and recognized as a Fascia and Neuromuscular Specialist, Carrie specializes in Pilates that bridges the gap between physical therapy and a fully active lifestyle. Using her exclusive RADS Method (Release–Activate–Develop Strength), she addresses soft tissue-related injuries and movement dysfunctions by identifying root causes and creating customized programs for long-term results.

 

Clients leave sessions feeling empowered and well-informed, with personalized exercises to continue their progress at home. Carrie is also well known for her Athletic Conditioning Pilates, which helps professional and recreational athletes build strength, power, agility, and flexibility—enhancing performance and reducing the risk of injury. Whether you're in rehab or training at a high level, her targeted approach improves neuromuscular activation, balance, coordination, and body awareness—helping you move better, feel stronger, and stay active.
