MEET THE

FOUNDER

Carrie is the founder and developer of the exclusive RADS Method—Release, Activate & Develop Strength—a highly effective system designed to treat the root cause of pain and dysfunction, not just the symptoms. She is certified in STOTT PILATES Post-Rehabilitation, Athletic Conditioning, Injury & Special Populations, and TPI Golf Fitness, and is recognized as a Fascia and Neuromuscular Specialist. Bridging the gap between physical therapy and an active lifestyle, Carrie addresses soft tissue restrictions, movement impairments, and neuromuscular imbalances to deliver long-term, functional results. She is especially known for her work in athletic conditioning—helping both professional and recreational athletes build strength, agility, and resilience—as well as for her expertise in working with injury recovery and special populations, where a deeper understanding of biomechanics and therapeutic movement is essential.

By combining these disciplines, Carrie has developed personalized programs proven effective for conditions such as Plantar Fasciitis, Piriformis Syndrome, and Frozen Shoulder. Her sessions are tailored to each client’s unique needs, empowering them with the tools and exercises to continue their progress outside the studio. Whether working with clients in recovery or athletes at peak performance, Carrie’s method enhances strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness—helping people move better, feel stronger, and maintain long-term health.
