MEET THE

FOUNDER

Carrie is the founder and developer of the exclusive RADS Method—Release, Activate & Develop Strength—a highly effective system designed to treat the root cause of pain and dysfunction, not just the symptoms. She is certified in STOTT PILATES Post-Rehabilitation, Athletic Conditioning, Injury & Special Populations, and TPI Golf Fitness, and is recognized as a Fascia and Neuromuscular Specialist. Drawing from her experience as an ultramarathon athlete in races like the Leadville 100, Carrie brings a deep, personal understanding of the body in motion. Bridging the gap between physical therapy and an active lifestyle, she addresses soft tissue restrictions, movement impairments, and neuromuscular imbalances to deliver long-term, functional results. She is especially known for her work in athletic conditioning—helping both professional and recreational athletes build strength, agility, and resilience—as well as for her expertise in working with injury recovery and special populations, where a deeper understanding of biomechanics and therapeutic movement is essential.

By combining these disciplines, Carrie has developed personalized programs proven effective for conditions such as Plantar Fasciitis, Piriformis Syndrome, and Frozen Shoulder. Her sessions are tailored to each client’s unique needs, empowering them with the tools and exercises to continue their progress outside the studio. Whether working with clients in recovery or athletes at peak performance, Carrie’s method enhances strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness—helping people move better, feel stronger, and maintain long-term health.

ALIGN & STRENGTH PILATES

Our semi-private Align & Strength class blends therapeutic alignment principles with progressive strength development in a focused four-reformer setting. Rooted in precise movement and intelligent progression, this class builds stability, mobility, and muscular balance while advancing long-term strength and resilience.

Each session is intentionally structured to restore and refine movement quality before progressively challenging your strength and control. By integrating mindful alignment with resistance training, Align & Strength develops lasting performance capacity — without unnecessary strain.

Whether you are new to reformer training or experienced, this class meets you where you are while steadily building strength, confidence, and body awareness.

For more individualized programming and deeper progression, private sessions are also available.

ATHLETIC CONDITIONING PILATES

Goes beyond traditional training by targeting the often-overlooked elements that make athletes exceptional—core control, joint stability, neuromuscular precision, and fascia health. Whether you're a weekend warrior or a pro, each session is designed to enhance your sport-specific performance, reduce injury risk, and fine-tune how your body moves under pressure. This is where power meets precision—and results go beyond the gym.

This approach bridges the gap between clinical rehab and a return to daily activities or athletic performance.
